ALPA Endorses No Tax on Overtime for All Workers Act

WASHINGTON, D.C.— Capt. Jason Ambrosi, president of the Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l (ALPA), today announced strong support for the bipartisan No Tax on Overtime for All Workers Act introduced by Representatives Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY), Emilia Sykes (D-OH), Nick LaLota (R-NY), Steven Horsford (D-NV), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), and Thomas Suozzi (D-NY).

"This bipartisan legislation represents meaningful tax relief for hardworking Americans. Under this bipartisan expansion, the above-the-line tax deduction for overtime will be extended to all workers. Pilots who work beyond scheduled hours of duty or beyond a monthly maximum will also be able to deduct this overtime work from their taxes. ALPA is proud to support this bill and is calling for swift passage of this pro-worker legislation.”
