With more than 20,000 members in 120 countries, Women in Aviation International is the largest nonprofit organization that envisions a world where the sky is open to all and where aviation and aerospace dreams are possible without barriers.
The 37th annual Women in Aviation International Conference takes place March 19 to 21, 2026, at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Dallas, Texas (Grapevine).
In 2025, the conference welcomed over 4,700 attendees, 170 exhibitors, and 30+ sponsors to Denver for a dynamic event featuring education sessions, inspiring keynote speakers, professional development opportunities, workforce initiatives, and invaluable networking.
